Q: Are Caitlin and Ananga based off real people?
A: No, they were something John and I discussed. We had concepts of personalities first and the details of how they looked were vague until John drew them to be the sexy beasts they are now.

Q: Where do you get your ideas from for the story?
A: I heavily research just about any topic I write about and when I don't have enough details to work with- I make it up as I go along. I also write from dreams I've had... no matter how odd they might be. I also tend to talk to my friends about ideas I have for the story and get feedback on things that might be cool. If I happen to use a good idea from my friends, I will credit them. <3

Q: OH! I have a great idea for the story and I wanted to know if...

A: I'm sorry, we are not soliciting ideas for the story, please don't send them to us. They might be great ideas but I would rather stick to the ones already floating around in my own head. There is also a damn good chance I've already had a similar idea and am already planning on using that idea in the story.

Q: I <3 the Artwork can JJ draw me a picture of ________????

A: JJ is not currently accepting commissions are this point in time. Keep an eye out in the future or any changes in this and for the love of God, do not beg JJ for artwork.. thats rude and you will merely be ignored.

Q: Could you teach me how to draw/write??

A: Sorry, neither of us really have the time nor patience to teach someone the finer points of... creating. It took us years of experience and trial and error to get ourselves to where we are. Our advice, take a class, practice, read.. just start and keep at it and you'll eventually get it.

Q: How long does it take JJ to do a page of the comic?

A: Sometimes it takes him 15 minutes to layout the page and then 2 hours to ink, scan and cg it. But it varies depending on the page, level of detail and amount of outside factors that might interfere.

Q: Do you ACTUALLY believe in all of this stuff?
A: ....Everyone has their own bubble of reality, mine does not coincide with that in Salient. Some of my feelings on other matters might be there but just what is my secret.

Q: Then... why do you hate God so much, you heathen?! *insert religious tirade here*

A: I don't. It's a comic, get a grip.

Q: Are you goth?
A: No. We just like the clothes. @_@

A: .... you're kidding right? Don't fuck with the supernatural and it generally won't fuck with you. If you already have, seek Psychological as well as religious counseling, to get whatever help it is that you need.

Q: Why do you have so many FAQ things when the comic hasn't even STARTED yet?

A: ^^; These are things that are probably going to be constantly asked once we get rolling, so I am just heading them off at the pass before I get a flood of questions about who Caitlin and Ananga might be based from and the flood of "WHY DO YOU HATE GOD?!" hate e-mails... no, I'm not paranoid, I just have a damn good idea of what type of feelings this comic might stir up with the subject matter.
